I think what you're looking for regards Xcrty is as mentioned in the Indian CAR as under:
"twenty hours of cross-country flight time as Pilot-in-Command including a cross-country flight of not less than three hundred
nautical miles in the course of which full stop landings at two different
aerodromes shall be made;"

From the first post you made, I think you're ok except that you need atleast ONE xcrty of 300Nm, and a total of 100hrs PIC.
